Qualifications

As a Care Professional with us, you will receive industry leading training, great rates of pay and excellent support. Our pay is £11.40 per hour + travel allowance + mileage. We have a range of contracts from Flex to 15,20,25 and 30 depending on availability and ability to look after a wide range of needs.

Additional Information

Many companies say they pay travel but they don't really. We have a real Travel and Waiting time  Allowance. We schedule 15 minute gaps between visits and pay for the travel and waiting times so you are paid in full for the 15 minutes. On average this pays an extra £1.14 per hour in addition to the contact time pay of £11.40. It's a very real benefit that our employees value, but don't realise until they start.
