Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Catering & Events, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Actively support the Conference Services and Catering Managers.
- Prompt response to client inquiries
- Comprehensive management of Opera S&C
- Handle client books and include all required information for file creation and applicable maintenance
- Create, complete and update Banquet Event Orders, work with Managers and Clients for event details
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Sales and Catering department is a plus
- Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- Opera S&C
- Excellent customer service skills
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Result oriented and highly motivated
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
