Job Description
- Lead the kitchen operations of our ultra luxury private dining venues and create exceptional dining experiences for high end guests.
- Create and develop innovative multi course degustation menus using premium ingredients, modern cooking techniques, and beautiful presentations.
- Creativity and the ability to conceptualize bespoke dining experiences tailored for discerning guests.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior culinary role at a Michelin starred restaurant or a restaurant of a similar standard.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining, menu creation, and multi course degustation menus, with the ability to create unique dining experiences
