Your purpose will be:

To carry out all required duties within the colleague dining, changing rooms and all related areas to ensure 5-star safety and hygiene standards are maintained.

Job Description

  • Monitor the colleague dining and changing area to ensure they are clean and tidy at all times.
  • Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure colleague food items are replenished in a timely manner.
  • Replenish stock items e.g. deodorants, tissues, sanitary items, within colleague changing areas to ensure a constant supply for staff.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas.
  • Comply with Health and Safety regulations, especially COSHH and Manual Handling, and attend all provided training sessions
  • Empty bins, clear and sort refuse according to hotel policy, and maintain cleanliness of refuse areas
  • Support cleaning efforts during peak periods in back-of-house areas
  • Ensure personal hygiene and grooming standards are consistently met

Please note that we believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to perform different tasks from time to time to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the Hospitality Industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Intermediate communication skills, both written & verbal.
  • Able to work well under pressure in fast-paced and changing environment
  • Proven organizational skills, work well on their own, able to set and meet deadlines with quality results.
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts including public holidays
  • A confident & dynamic speaker, able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of an organization.
