Job Title: SA&I Finance Vertical Leader

NielsenIQ战略分析与消费者洞察（SA&I）团队正在寻找一位兼具行业洞察能力与商业拓展能力的金融行业业务负责人（Finance Vertical Leader）。

该岗位将负责中国区金融服务行业客户的业务发展与客户关系管理，深入理解银行、保险、证券、财富管理、互联网金融及支付平台等客户的业务挑战，通过消费者洞察、品牌研究、客户体验管理、市场机会分析及创新研究等解决方案，帮助客户实现业务增长，并推动SA&I业务在金融行业的持续发展。

我们期待候选人不仅具备优秀的销售与客户管理能力，同时拥有扎实的市场研究或消费者洞察背景，能够与客户高层开展顾问式对话，并将商业问题转化为研究和咨询解决方案。

主要职责

(1) 金融行业业务拓展

• 负责金融行业客户业务增长，完成年度销售目标及业务发展目标。
• 开拓并维护银行、保险、证券、财富管理、消费金融、互联网金融等行业客户资源。
• 持续挖掘新的业务机会，建立并管理高质量销售Pipeline。
• 负责项目商机发现、需求诊断、方案设计、商务谈判及项目签约全过程。
• 推动重点客户长期合作关系建设，实现客户份额增长。

(2) 客户管理与顾问式销售

• 建立并维护客户高层关系。
• 深入理解客户业务目标及核心痛点，提供专业咨询建议。
• 将客户商业问题转化为市场研究与洞察解决方案。

(3) 行业洞察与解决方案设计

• 持续关注金融行业发展趋势及消费者行为变化。
• 深度理解以下领域研究需求，与研究团队共同设计定制化解决方案并推动项目落地。

1. 品牌健康度研究（Brand Health Tracking）
2. 用户与态度研究（U&A）
3. 客户体验研究（CX）
4. NPS项目 客户旅程研究（Customer Journey）
5. 客户细分研究（Segmentation）
6. 产品及服务创新研究
7. 市场机会评估
8. 品牌传播效果评估

(4) 内部协同与团队合作

• 与研究、分析、客户成功及运营团队紧密合作，保障项目高质量交付。
• 协助推动金融行业知识沉淀与实践分享。
• 在行业活动及客户活动中代表公司进行分享与交流，提升品牌影响力。

Qualifications

• 本科及以上学历。
• 10年以上市场研究、消费者洞察、咨询或解决方案销售相关经验。
• 具备业务拓展及客户管理经验。
• 具备优秀的沟通影响力及高层客户关系管理能力。
• 具有较强的商业敏感度和咨询式销售能力。
• 服务过金融行业客户的市场研究公司或咨询公司背景。
