Job Description

As a Coordinator Content Optimization, you will join our team and drive the success of our e-
commerce marketplace by creating and maintaining high-quality product descriptions and categories
for our website and applications. You will also evaluate AI model outputs for e-commerce search
relevance and product matching accuracy, working closely with our AI program team to ensure our AI
models deliver high-precision results.

• Evaluate AI model outputs for e-commerce search relevance and product matching accuracy.
• Apply detailed labeling guidelines and follow strict, multi-step annotation workflows.
• Create content for multiple product verticals.
• Develop and maintain accurate and compelling product descriptions and categories for our e-commerce marketplace.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all product content.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of product content and ensure all information is current and accurate.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure our database is up to date with changes.
• Identify edge cases and provide clear, actionable feedback to the product team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in product content creation with a focus on e-commerce.
• Prior experience in data annotation, content moderation, or e-commerce catalog QA is an advantage.
• Strong command of MS Office.
