Job Description

We are searching for a dynamic and knowledgeable Coordinator to join PSI Project Expense Management & Grants Administration department.

Hybrid in Kyiv, Ukraine

Responsibilities:

• Work with big number of contractual documents (contracts, amendments, deeds of acceptance etc.), including their tracking and filing
• Preparation of payment documents and verification of payments after their execution
• Maintenance of databases and tracking systems
• Preparation of documents for banks/tax authorities upon requests from sites
• Communication point for Accounting, Legal and Operations teams, as well as hospitals participating in the clinical research projects

Qualifications

• University degree
• Prior experience in document administration and management
• Financial and contractual experience is a plus
• Upper-Intermediate English, spoken and written
• Proficient user of standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Critical and analytical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving abilities, flexibility in responding to business needs
