Job Description

  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs across all outlets.
  • Conduct regular inventory and stock counts and investigate variances.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly F&B cost reports.
  • Manage recipe, menu, and beverage costing and monitor theoretical vs. actual costs.
  • Monitor purchasing prices, receiving, stock transfers, wastage, and stock adjustments.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and support outlet profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with F&B financial controls and hotel policies.
  • Work closely with Finance, Purchasing, Stores, Culinary, and F&B Operations teams.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, and financial analysis.

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or in a related field
  • Has 3–5 years of F&B Cost Control experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food & beverage costing, inventory, and purchasing controls.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience with financial management software and inventory systems (e.g., Futurelog, Opera)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferably familiar with United Arab Emirates financial regulations and practices
