Pyramid Healthcare has been providing behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment since 1999, with more than 80 programs across 8 states. Our Culinary Department is looking for a creative, compassionate, and food-focused team member to help lead daily dining operations.

What You'll Do

As a Culinary Team Lead, you'll play an active role in the kitchen while helping your team deliver high-quality meals and an excellent dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, cooking, portioning, and serving meals according to menus, recipes, and dietary requirements.

• Taking the lead during assigned shifts and helping keep kitchen and dining operations running smoothly.

• Guiding, training, and supporting dining services team members.

• Monitoring food quality, presentation, portion control, and service standards.

• Leading shift huddles and communicating daily priorities and assignments.

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen and dining environment.

• Following food safety, sanitation, infection control, and workplace safety standards.

• Helping manage inventory, receive deliveries, stock supplies, and monitor food levels.

• Operating kitchen equipment safely and reporting maintenance concerns when needed.

• Supporting a positive, collaborative team environment.

• Responding professionally to client and staff concerns.

Location: 6226 University Park Drive, Radford, VA
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Pay: $18.00–$22.00/hour, based on education and experience
