Job Description
- Follow up customer calls
- Responds to customer’s email inquiries in a timely manner
- Process orders, forms, and claims
- Provides product and service information to customers
- Manages and updates customer databases
- Data processing and maintaining accurate Customer and Material Master Data
- Manages B2B system updates and processing uploads
- Research required information using available resources
- Manages and resolves customer complaints
Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service associate experience
- Excellent in speaking and writing (English)
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Good interpersonal skills & ability to work with diverse environment
- Team Player
- Amenable to work in UK timezone/ shifting schedule
- Present a positive attitude & accept constructive feedback
- Client oriented
- Knowledge in SAP and Salesforce system
- Basic to advance MS application skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Amenable to work onsite and to start asap
