Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Domino's Pizza location in Salem, United States! We're looking for friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individuals to deliver exceptional service at our 1340 W Main Street store.
- Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and professionally
- Prepare high-quality pizzas and other menu items according to company standards
- Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with various tasks as needed, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong ability to follow directions and adhere to company procedures
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Team player mentality with a positive attitude and easy smile
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining efficiency and organization
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required
