Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative in Nyack, United States! We're looking for a friendly and professional individual to be the face of our company and provide exceptional service to our valued customers.

Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and empathetic demeanor with a customer-focused mindset
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate
Resilience and ability to remain calm under pressure
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
