Pullman Dubai Downtown is a cosmopolitan 5-star hotel located in Business Bay district in close proximity to the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and the Dubai Downtown area with stunning views of the Dubai Skyline and Dubai Water Canal.
Job Description
- To prepare the supplies and equipment needed for the daily operations of the Pastry Kitchen in coordination with the Chef de Partie as required
- Communicate to the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie any updates on the operation, external or internal feedback and other relevant information to ensure the smooth operation of the section
- Ensure HACCP guidelines and municipality regulations are followed at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in pastry department for a 5 Star Hotel is required.
- Passion for culinary
- Familiar with Hygiene and HACCP Standards
