The Digital & Lifecycle Content Specialist (known internally as Digital and Content Specialist) is responsible for the development and delivery of personalised, omnichannel customer lifecycle programs that drive meaningful business results.

As a key member of the Digital & Performance team, you will work closely with Marketing, Recruitment, Insight and Operations to translate business priorities into clear, actionable plans that directly impact the bottom line.
About the role:
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity. The full salary range for this role is $87,000 - $118,000 (Band [G]).
We have a structured salary framework with three zones for those developing into the role (developing), fully effective (target) and contributing beyond what is expected of the role (upper).
Appointments are typically made within the target range of $87,000 – $107,000, depending on skills, experience, and internal equity. We welcome conversations about your expectations and what matters to you in your overall package. Any offer will be made within the advertised range and guided by fairness, consistency, and our commitment to pay equity.

You’re a marketing professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience developing and delivering effective omnichannel CLM campaigns, leveraging multiple martech platforms. You’re passionate about and have a sound understanding of CLM as a core discipline to delivering hyper-personalisation at scale, and can translate campaign reports into actionable insights and plans.
You’re also poised under pressure, highly organised and enjoy solving problems in a fast-paced multistakeholder environment. Whether you’re supporting your manager in developing a new strategy, optimising workflows, or analysing performance, you take a detail-oriented, privacy-first, and customer-focused approach. You enjoy working collaboratively and embrace digital tools and new ways of working to achieve business objectives.
