As part of our expansion in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a Digital Marketing & Business Analyst to support the growth of our digital services by combining business analysis, marketing coordination, and operational project management.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

Business Performance & Analytics

• Monitor the performance of Digital Virgo's digital services through key business and marketing KPIs (traffic, conversion, subscriptions, revenue, churn, customer acquisition, retention, ROI, etc.).
• Analyze business performance and identify optimization opportunities to improve profitability.
• Conduct competitive analysis, benchmark market trends, and identify new growth opportunities within the Saudi digital ecosystem.
• Produce structured weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Support forecasting activities and monitor business performance against objectives.

Digital Marketing

• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across acquisition channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization actions based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Business Development, and Operations teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Assist in developing localized marketing materials and messaging adapted to the Saudi market.

Business Operations & Project Coordination

• Coordinate the launch of new digital services and marketing initiatives.
• Follow project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Coordinate with Product, Technical, Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Customer Care, and external partners.
• Monitor operational performance and proactively identify issues affecting business results.
• Participate in service testing, launch preparation, and post-launch monitoring.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ensure effective communication across all teams involved in project delivery.
• Prepare presentations and business reports for management.
• Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Business Analysis, Product Marketing, Digital Services, Telecom, Mobile Payments, VAS, FinTech, or a similar digital environment.
• Experience in the Saudi market is a strong advantage.

Required Skills

Business & Analytics

• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret business data and transform it into actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable working with KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools is an advantage.

Marketing

• Good understanding of digital marketing channels and customer acquisition.
• Knowledge of subscription-based digital services is a plus.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Project Management

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Jira or similar project management tools.

Communication

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
• Strong presentation skills.

Languages

• Fluent English and Arabic (spoken and written) are mandatory.
• French is a plus.
