Company Description

Bosch Electric Drive Systems Co., Ltd. (RBCE) was established in Nanchang in Jan 2025 as a joint venture between Bosch and Jiangling Motor Corporation Group (JMCG), with Bosch holding a 60% stake and JMCG owning 40%. RBCE is primarily responsible for the development, application, production, sales, and servicing of electric drive axle systems for light commercial vehicles.

Job Description

1. Serve as technical lead for enterprise SAP platform, responsible for SAP system implementation, configuration, enhancement, troubleshooting, production support, functional & technical design for S/4HANA or ECC landscape; coordinate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into feasible SAP solution design.
2. Act as project lead for SAP‑embedded AI / generative AI initiatives. Identify high‑value AI opportunities within end‑to‑end business workflows based on existing SAP data and business processes; lead AI requirement analysis, solution evaluation, prototype development, pilot roll‑out and production deployment together with internal & external resources.
3. Lead cross‑functional project teams including business users, IT developers, data analysts and external vendors for joint SAP‑AI projects; prepare project plan, track milestone progress, manage project risk, conduct regular status reporting to management.
4. Design integration architecture between SAP and AI tools / LLM platforms; build data pipeline to extract, prepare, and govern enterprise master & transactional data from SAP for AI model consumption; ensure data security, authorization and compliance for AI solutions connected to SAP.
5. Conduct system health check and performance optimization for SAP environment; lead change management, unit / integration test, user training and post‑go‑live support; prepare functional specification, technical specification and related project documentation.
6. Evaluate new SAP product updates, SAP AI Core, SAP AI Launchpad, intelligent RPA and other intelligent technologies; provide technology roadmap suggestions for enterprise digital transformation.
7. Collaborate with global / regional IT teams, continuously drive process innovation by combining SAP capability and AI technology; identify pain points in finance, production, supply‑chain processes and deliver intelligent automation use cases.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information System, Supply Chain, Finance or related discipline.
2. Solid hands‑on SAP implementation & support experience, deep knowledge on S/4HANA or ECC; good mastery in at least one main SAP module (PP / MM / SD / FI‑CO preferred); experience in SAP enhancement, user‑exit, BAdI, CDS view is a plus.
3. Proven experience as technical lead or project lead for IT projects; practical experience of launching AI / generative AI / intelligent automation use cases for enterprise business.
4. Hands‑on knowledge of SAP AI Core, LLM integration, data pipeline design; able to coordinate AI prototype and pilot delivery.
5. Strong business analysis capability: able to communicate with business department, collect requirement, perform gap analysis and solution design.
6. Good cross‑team leadership skills, project risk management, good documentation skills.
7. Good English communication skill for international project collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

1. SAP certification (S/4HANA functional or technology certification).
2. Hands‑on experience on SAP BTP / Business Technology Platform development.
3. Experience in discrete manufacturing or automotive industry.
4. Familiar with LLM, private AI deployment, enterprise intelligent assistant development on top of SAP.
