Odoo developer should be able to:
- Work under pressure.
- Understand inter-dependencies of apps and fields and how a change could affect operations and reporting.
- Assess the impact of potential changes in customizations in Odooβs core business apps and implement solutions to mitigate negative outcomes.
- Develop and customize Odoo modules as per business requirements.
- Lead migration projects from legacy systems to Odoo, ensuring zero data loss and minimal downtime.
- Understand the implications of changes in the apps.
- Be Up to date with the latest Odoo releases, features, and best practices to ensure that the team utilizes the most efficient and effective methodologies.
- Generate BI Reports, Output Documents, Functional Test User Acceptance Test, Automation Test Unit Test.
- Develop, test, implement, support, and enhance Business applications and it's features solutions.
- Fixing bug and optimize performance for production support.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Technical degree in programing field of study or equivalent work experience
