Job Description

Portico is currently recruiting for a reliable and motivated part time cleaner to join our team, based at the City offices of a leading pharmaceutical company.

You will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, ensuring a welcoming, clean and well-presented working environment for employees and visitors.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out general office cleaning, including meeting rooms, shared spaces, kitchens and hospitality areas.
• Emptying bin, vacuuming and mopping floors.
• Completing scheduled cleaning tasks to a high standard.
• Reporting any housekeeper or cleaning issues to the Evening Cleaning Team Leader.
• Following health and safety guidelines and COSHH procedures.
• Assisting with additional ad hoc cleaning duties required.

Salary: £11,500

Hours: 18:00 - 21:00 Monday to Friday

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently, maintaining a consistently high standard of cleanliness without direct supervision.  You will be trustworthy, reliable and take pride in your work, ensuing all tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standard.
