Job Description

F&B MANAGER (f/m/o)

We are looking for an experienced F&B Manager who will take responsibility for the hotel's entire food and beverage operations and help build one of the best hotel dining destinations in the Czech Republic.

Swissôtel Mariánské Lázně is part of the international Accor hotel group. Our goal is to create unforgettable experiences through world-class cuisine, professional service, and exceptional people.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Strategic  and operational management of all hotel F&B venues.
• Leading, motivating, and developing both management and operational teams.
• Ensuring the highest level of service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Responsibility for financial results, budgets, costs, and operational profitability.
• Collaborating with the Executive Chef to develop culinary concepts and seasonal menus.
• Developing the hotel's restaurants, bars, and conference catering services.
• Implementing innovations, culinary trends, and Accor brand standards.
• Working closely with the Sales and Marketing team to develop F&B products and offerings.

Qualifications

We are seeking a professional who combines strong leadership skills with a genuine passion for gastronomy.

The ideal candidate:

• Has experience managing F&B operations in a premium or luxury hotel.
• Is a natural leader who inspires, motivates, and develops their team.
• Understands operational economics and performance management.
• Brings fresh ideas and is not afraid to drive innovation.
• Speaks Czech and English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
