Job Description

Join the dynamic Food & Beverage team at Pullman Sydney Hyde Park. We’re seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor who thrives in a fast paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. In this role you will lead and inspire our Food & Beverage team to deliver outstanding and unforgettable moments for our guests

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead by example to deliver warm, professional service across our restaurants, bar, and events spaces.
• Oversee our daily F&B operations as required.
• Collaborate with our kitchen and conference and events sales team.
• Assist in training, and mentoring new and existing team members.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation across outlets.
• Ensure guests’ dietary and allergen requirements are met with care and accuracy.
• Assist in creating and implementing innovative F&B promotions and champion upselling.
• Monitor stock control and breakage reporting.

Qualifications

About You:

• Strong leadership skills and previous experience in leading a team within the hospitality industry.
• Current RSA Certificate.
• Working collaboratively with various departments.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service, wine and cocktail knowledge is a bonus.
• Positive, proactive and calm under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach with eye for detail and accuracy.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
