Qualifications

Essential ingredients:

• Preferably experience in a similar supervisory role in a large hotel with the ability to lead and motivate a team;
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills: especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak an extra language!
• The role requires the physical ability to set up and rearrange meeting rooms and event spaces, including moving furniture and equipment, in line with event requirements. This is an essential part of the job and involves regular physical effort.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and overseeing the F&B team to ensure smooth service in the restaurant, bar or Meeting & Events Operations (Banqueting).
• Maintaining a high level of guest service and guest satisfaction
• Ensuring all guests needs are met in the F&B Outlets by assisting your team on the floor.
• Training, coaching, and motivating team members to reach their potential
• Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards and brand standards.
• Reporting operational issues and improvement suggestions to F&B management
• Coordinate that meeting rooms are prepared and set up completely according to the guests needs.
• Reviewing and revising standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
• Resolving guest requests and handling any complaints.
• Actively contributing to a positive and energetic work environment
