The company had a wide history of construction projects in various industries in the past, which now decided to take a different route focusing on specific types of buildings.
Job Description
- Prepares periodic reports regarding the department activities and achievements to be submitted to the Site Engineer on monthly basis or when required
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the Site Engineer
- Oversee all site activities.
- Supervise organizing the overall construction of a particular project.
- Control of site labor, plant and materials, and site production.
- Interface with the Commercial and Engineering team.
- Ensure Health and safety.
- Ensuring that all site works are delivered as per the program.
- Control traffic passing near, in, or around work zones.
- Supervise Cleaning or preparing construction sites to eliminate possible hazards
- Manage crews and paperwork associated with timesheets, quantities, and the tracking of the items.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in a related field experience.
