Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily front office operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest complaints professionally.
Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with hotel SOPs.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Prepare shift reports and ensure accurate billing and cashiering.
Requirements:
SPM/Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
Previous experience in hotel front office operations.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
