Full-Time Mental Health Therapist – Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program
Location:
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM | In-Person
Compensation: $53,000–$55,000 per year, based on experience and credentials
High Focus Centers in Pottstown is a leading provider of outpatient treatment programs for individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Mental Health Therapist to join our Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Pottstown.
In this role, you will primarily facilitate therapeutic groups for adolescents while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships, provide clinical support, and help adolescents develop the skills they need to manage challenges and support their emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate therapeutic group sessions within the Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program.
- Provide clinically appropriate psychoeducation and group interventions.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to support client care and treatment planning.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Participate in clinical team meetings as needed.
- Provide additional clinical support to the Adolescent PHP program as assigned.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field that includes the completion of a clinical based internship and/or practicum.
- Previous counseling or therapy experience required.
- Experience working with adolescents, mental health, behavioral healthcare, or PHP/IOP settings preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team.
