Job Description

Joining Home Instead means becoming part of a unique and supportive team that feels like family. We are proud of the high-calibre Care Professionals we employ, and as part of our team you will receive excellent training and continuous support to excel in your role.

We offer full-time. You must be available to work alternating weekends (Saturday or Sunday).

You will travel throughout the Ruislip and Harrow areas, delivering high-quality home care services including personal care, domestic support, and companionship.

A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.

Overall Responsibilities

• General home assistance
• Meal preparation
• Companionship and emotional support
• Medication reminders and administration
• Personal care (bathing and dressing)
• Engaging activities such as reading, board games, puzzles, or watching favourite shows
• Updating our care app after each visit so families can stay informed

No formal qualifications are required—just a compassionate nature and a genuine commitment to helping others. Full, comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you feel confident and are able to deliver a high standard of care.
