This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

Job Description

• Support filling, put bag granulate to central granulate.
• Check moisture granulate.
• Check material for machine to run machine smoothly and correctly.
• Update and follow up WIP molding area.
• Support setter for up mold and down mold.
• Confirm machine, equipment and cleaning before start work.
• Control and follow Kanban system and follow up return Kanban from Assembly.
• Check quantity, labelling, and part number model.
• Control stock for plastic part and quantity in SAP system.
• Work following to BPS standard including KANBAN, 5S, 14Q and etc.
• Work under company regulation and department work standard. 

Qualifications

• Secondary school, higher vocational or above.
• At least 1-2 years of work experience in production operator or manufacturing automatic industry.
• Fair communication skills in English, both in reading and writing or other language is advantage.
• Good teamwork and Co-operation.
• Able to use magnifier for visual inspection.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, Accountability mindset and Quality mindset.
• Able to working in night-shift.
