Ready to turn every arrival into an exceptional experience?

We’re looking for a polished, proactive Guest Experience Shift Leader to join our luxury hotel team. You’ll be the first and last point of contact for many of our guests—setting the tone with genuine warmth, effortless professionalism and outstanding attention to detail.

What you’ll do

• Welcome guests with a warm, confident and personalised approach
• Coordinate smooth vehicle arrivals, departures and valet operations
• Work closely with Front Office, Concierge and Guest Services teams
• Maintain a seamless flow during busy arrival and departure periods
• Handle guest requests with discretion and a solutions-focused attitude
• Ensure every vehicle is treated with care and every guest feels valued

Qualifications

You’re naturally organised, calm under pressure and genuinely enjoy making people feel welcome. You have exceptional communication skills, a professional presentation and a passion for luxury hospitality.

Previous experience in valet, concierge, front office, guest services or luxury hospitality is highly regarded

A valid driver’s licence and confidence driving a range of vehicles are essential.
