Guest Service Associate- F&B Service

Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Service Associate to join our Food & Beverage team in Kochi, India. In this role, you will be the face of our hospitality operation, delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence. You will work collaboratively with your team to ensure every guest interaction is memorable and every dining experience exceeds expectations.

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, providing prompt and courteous service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders while demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Deliver orders efficiently and ensure guest satisfaction by addressing requests and concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain impeccable table settings, cleanliness, and organization of the dining area according to brand standards
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of high-quality food and beverages
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a solution-oriented approach and positive attitude
• Process payments accurately and securely while maintaining confidentiality of guest information
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members, leading by example and fostering a supportive work environment
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously during peak service periods
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by providing feedback and suggestions to enhance guest experiences
• Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with organizational policies and local regulations

**Preferred Experience:**

• Previous experience in food and beverage service or guest-facing hospitality roles
• Familiarity with fine dining or casual dining service standards
• Experience working in a team-oriented hospitality environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Certification in food safety or hospitality service (desirable but not required)
• Multilingual abilities (particularly regional languages spoken in Kochi)
• Experience with beverage knowledge, including wine or cocktail basics
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
