You'll be involved in a diverse range of cases, from routine procedures through to complex and critically ill patients, providing hands-on nursing care, assisting with diagnostics and treatment plans, supporting anaesthesia and recovery, and delivering high-quality patient care throughout their hospital stay. This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your clinical skills and knowledge, work with a variety of challenging and rewarding cases, and learn from a highly experienced team.

About The Role

• Provide pre and post compassionate care to hospitalised cases
• Support our vets with routine examinations, diagnostics and procedures
• Manage the admission and discharge of surgical and hospital cases
• Provide surgical and hospital nursing including monitoring anaesthetics
• Conduct blood collection and testing, iv catheter placement
• Prepare and administer medications as required
• Maintain cleanliness of surgical and treatment areas
• General day to day nursing duties

About You

• Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience
• Great customer service and communication skills
• A reliable person with a positive attitude
• Ability to multi-task and maintain high standards
• A passion for continuous education and upskilling
