What you will be doing:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, and public areas as per the hotel standards
- Ensure impeccable room presentation, including bed making, amenities replenishment, and final inspection
- Deliver courteous, discreet, and personalized service while respecting guest privacy
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost & found items promptly
- Follow all housekeeping SOPs, health & safety, and hygiene regulations
- Maintain proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and linen supplies
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping, front office, and engineering teams
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in an international brand. Remote area work experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Guest-oriented, strong attention to details and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Flexible with working hours and ability to work under pressure.
- Physical ability to lift moderate weight, stand and walk for extended periods of time.
