At Pyramid Healthcare, maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment is an important part of the care we provide. As a Housekeeper, you'll help create a safe and supportive setting for individuals receiving behavioral health and substance use treatment.

What You'll Do

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the facility.

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, wet mopping, and removing trash.

• Clean and maintain staff areas, conference rooms, the nurses' station, and exam rooms.

• Restock paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and other cleaning supplies as needed.

• Maintain laundry areas and clean dryer filters.

• Complete periodic deep-cleaning tasks, including baseboards, radiators, and windows.

• Follow established cleaning procedures and help maintain facility cleanliness standards.

What We're Looking For

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.

• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively.

• Familiarity with common cleaning supplies and equipment.

• Dependable, flexible, and able to follow instructions.

Physical Requirements

This position requires frequent standing and walking, along with bending, stooping, reaching, and using hands to operate cleaning equipment and handle supplies. The ability to occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds is required.

Work Environment

This position is based in a residential healthcare setting. Employees may interact with individuals receiving behavioral health and substance use treatment and may encounter cleaning chemicals and other materials associated with routine housekeeping duties.
