Job Description
工作职责
支持 People Generalist 门店招聘工作，包括职位发布、简历筛选、电话沟通、面试安排及招聘进度跟进；
协助 People Generalist 与候选人、店铺管理层及相关部门进行沟通协调，推动招聘需求及时完成；
办理员工入职、转岗、离职等人事手续，包括资料收集、档案维护及系统信息更新；
协助处理员工日常咨询及基础员工关系事务，为门店提供人力资源支持；
维护招聘渠道及人才库，定期更新招聘信息并跟踪招聘效果；
协助统计员工津贴、考勤及其他人力资源相关数据，确保数据准确性；
完成 People Generalist 及团队交办的其他人力资源相关工作。
Qualifications
任职资格
本科或研究生在读，人力资源、管理类相关专业优先，专业不限；
每周可保证至少4个工作日出勤，实习期不少于3个月；
具备良好的沟通表达能力和服务意识，对招聘工作感兴趣；
责任心强，执行力高，能够独立处理日常事务并适应快节奏工作环境；
熟练使用Office办公软件，尤其是Excel；
具备良好的英文阅读能力；
有招聘、人力资源或零售行业相关实习经验者优先。
