What you’ll do
As a Human Resources Intern supporting Recruitment, Onboarding and Employer Brand Marketing, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to projects that shape how candidates discover, experience and join Bosch.
You’ll work closely with our North American Talent Acquisition team on a mix of strategic projects, creative initiatives and hands-on recruiting activities designed to strengthen the candidate experience and position Bosch as an employer of choice.
This internship offers exposure to multiple areas of talent acquisition, from onboarding, TA technology (applicant tracking system, AI optimization), TA compliance, onboarding, recruitment and social media marketing, content development, university and partnership engagement, and employer brand storytelling. You’ll help develop content, bring new ideas to our recruiting channels, participate in early-talent events and contribute to projects that reach candidates across North America.
You may also have opportunities to represent Bosch at offsite recruiting and university events, giving you firsthand experience connecting our employer brand with future talent.
This is a hybrid opportunity, with three onsite days per week in our Farmington Hills, MI office, creating plenty of opportunities to collaborate, build relationships and learn from HR and Talent Acquisition colleagues across Bosch.
What you'll gain
You'll gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding and employer branding while building skills in project management, content development, digital marketing, university recruiting and candidate experience.
