Job Description

Contract Labour Administration :

Ensure adherence to the contract labor management policy.

Facilitate audits and coordinate with service providers and auditors.

Assess risks related to contract labor deployment and propose improvements

KRA: Deployment of contract labour in line with policy Statutory compliance

Statutory Compliance

Manage statutory compliance within the plant and ensure adherence to labor laws

Advise stakeholders on legislative changes and ensure alignment with updated legal requirements.

KRA: Statutory compliance - All applicable statute to Factory, Education and Awareness

Liason with Government Authorities / external agencies

Build and maintain relationships with key statutory authorities

Ensure effective implementation of compliance standards for all applicable statutes.

KRA: Networking Implementation of compliance standard

Qualifications

Education

* MSW/ MBA in HR

Experience

* 5-7 years of experience in HR/IR domain

* Experience in Industrial Relations Matters

* Hands on experience in dealing with Contractors Labor management for a bigger organization

* Hands on experience in Liaison with various Government authorities at middle and senior level

* Experience in drafting letters while replying to various compliance matters with Government
