🚀 What You'll Be Doing

• Drive sales growth across Poland and Eastern Europe by promoting LGC Standards' industry-leading portfolio
• Build strong customer relationships through phone, email, and virtual meetings
• Identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation
• Follow up on quotations, nurture leads, and support customers throughout their buying journey
• Partner with Marketing to launch new products and increase market awareness
• Use digital sales tools and insights to grow your territory and maximise opportunities
• Deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain high service standards

Qualifications

🎯 What We're Looking For

• A degree or educational background in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline
• Native-level Polish and fluent English (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in sales, customer-facing commercial roles, or business development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and a passion for delivering results
• Experience selling scientific, laboratory, analytical, or technical products
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical, biotech, environmental, or industrial markets
