มูลนิธิเครือข่ายพัฒนาบ้านเด็กได้มีการดำเนินงาน “โครงการเสริมศักยภาพความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมความรู้และทักษะอันเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการเข้าถึงบริการด้านสุขภาพและการดูแลสุขภาพร่างกายทั้งตนเองและครอบครัวให้สมบูรณ์แข็งแรง

Location: : Chiang Mai, Thailand (เชียงใหม่ ประเทศไทย)
Expected Start Date : Flexible Date, Date required from university

Responsibilities of the Advertised Internship
Health Literacy Empowerment Program (HLEP)
โครงการส่งเสริมศักยภาพความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ
- Support in facilitating the training for health focal points (peer) and beneficiaries in communities.
สนับสนุนในการอำนวยความสะดวกในรการฝึกอบรมสำหรับอาสาสมัครด้านสุขภาพและกลุ่มเป้าหมายในชุมชน - Provide field support and support with activities (accompany HLEP staff eg. Bring kid to access health service at hospital.
ให้การสนับสนุนภาคสนามและสนับสนุนกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ (ร่วมกับเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำโครงการ เช่น พาเด็กไปรับบริการที่โรงพยาบาล) - Support program development and implementation to answer beneficiary needs by researching content, suggesting activities, contact networks etc.
สนับสนุนการพัฒนาและดำเนินโครงการเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ด้วยการค้นคว้าข้อมูล ให้คำแนะนำกิจกรรมและติดต่อกับเครือข่ายคณะทำงาน - Attend meetings/related training to improve the program.
เข้าร่วมการประชุมหรืออบรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการ - Support other tasks as planned with the supervisor.
สนับสนุนงานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้า
Your Profile
Experience/Skills Preferred:
- Faire English skills, fluency in Thai
ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับพอใช้ และภาษาไทยในระดับสื่อสารได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว - Experience working with children and community or Experience with non-profit organizations
มีประสบการณ์ทำงานร่วมกับเด็กและชุมชน หรือประสบการณ์ทำงานกับองค์กรไม่แสวงหาผลกำไร - Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint/experience using professional emailing/calendar system/Canva
สามารถใช้โปรแกรมต่างๆในการทำงานได้ เช่น อีเมล งานเอกสาร งานออกแบบเพื่อนำเสนอ - Understanding of child protection policy/safeguarding
มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการพิทักษ์เด็กและนโยบายการคุ้มครองพิทักษ์เด็ก
Soft Skills Necessary:
- Dynamic, creative, and demonstrates proven skills to work and engage with children and community.
มีความกระตือรือร้น สร้างสรรค์ และแสดงให้เห็นถึงทักษะเชิงประจักษ์ในการทำงานและมีส่วนร่วมกับเด็กและชุมชน - Ability to work as part of a multicultural team.

มีความสนใจในประเด็นปัญหาสุขภาพและระบบสุขภาพของแรงงานข้ามชาติในไทย - Ability to provide/give constructive feedback.
ความสามารถในการให้คำแนะนำที่สร้างสรรค์ - Reliable and respectful of local cultures.
เชื่อถือได้และให้ความเคารพต่อวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น
