Job Description
- General administrative support, filing, data entry and document control
- Maintain departmental trackers and records
- Prepare Delivery Notes and local delivery documents
- Coordinate local deliveries with transporters and warehouse
- Arrange courier services and local collection/delivery arrangements
- Follow up on delivery status and update the relevant team
- Coordinate delivery schedules with warehouse and internal departments
- Maintain proof of delivery (POD) and delivery records
- Assist with local transport invoices and supporting documents
- Assist with office supplies, pantry, facilities coordination and other administrative matters
- Assist in updating customs and trade compliance reports and maintaining the related records and supporting documents.
- Assist the logistics team with other operational and administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willing to learn and able to work indepently with guidance.
- Detail-oriented and responsible.
Able to commit for a minimum internship period of 3β6 months
