职位描述
1.参与企业级 AI战略的制定及落地;
2.深入业务一线，将制造、供应链、职能等场景痛点 抽象为AI解决方案架构；
3.参与大模型 选型、微调（SFT/LoRA）、部署与推理优化 的全流程实践；
4.推动 RAG、Agent、多模态 等技术在博世内部的最佳实践沉淀与复用；
5.跟踪前沿AI技术（AIGC、AI Agent、具身智能等），评估其业务落地价值；
职位要求
1.计算机 / 软件工程 / 人工智能 / 数据科学等相关专业 硕士及以上 学历；
2.精通 Python，熟练使用 PyTorch / TensorFlow / HuggingFace 主流框架；
3.扎实的机器学习/深度学习基础，深入理解 Transformer / Attention 机制；
4.熟悉 大模型微调（SFT/LoRA/RLHF）、Prompt Engineering、RAG、Agent 核心技术栈；
5.了解 MLOps / DevOps / CI/CD，具备模型工程化部署能力；
6.英语流利（CET-6或同等），可进行跨文化协作;
