职位描述
1. 开展深入的产品成本分析，定期监控成本波动及其原因。
2. 完成产品报价核算，基于材料成本、制造成本、人工成本及其他相关间接费用数据。
3. 作为业务伙伴，在产品全生命周期中与生产团队及客户紧密协作；主动识别潜在机会和运营风险，提出改进方案并推动落地执行，以实现有竞争力的产品成本目标。
4. 持续优化现有成本核算和业务流程，采用包括 AI 工具在内的新技术来简化重复性工作，提升整体成本核算的工作效率和数据准确性。
职位要求
1. 优秀的跨部门沟通能力，可顺畅对接生产及客户端。
2. 抗压能力强，能够在紧迫时间节点下处理多项紧急成本核算工作。
3. 对突发变更、报价调整及各类业务异常具备快速响应能力。
4. 有产品成本核算相关工作经验，制造业背景优先；
5. 熟悉成本核算逻辑，熟练使用办公软件（必须掌握微软办公套件及 Power BI）
