We are looking to recruit a Junior Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist to join our Digital Workplace team. This role will involve working closely with our existing technical team to support a segregated, cloud-first, UK sovereign M365/Azure environment that operates to strict zero-trust design principles.
Working alongside senior specialists, you will assist with the administration, configuration and ongoing maintenance of M365, Azure, Cloud PCs, Entra ID, and Intune. You will also provide user support, contribute to service improvements, assist with troubleshooting, and help maintain the secure operation of the environment, including access controls, endpoint management and integrations with approved third-party cloud services.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have already gained professional experience within a 1st Line IT Support or Service Desk role in a Microsoft-centric environment and are looking to further specialise in Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies. You will join a small, highly collaborative team where you will develop technical expertise across modern cloud platforms, security-focused administration and digital workplace services while supporting critical business operations.
