Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
•Manage and organize daily operations of the cold kitchen section, ensuring efficient workflow and timely service delivery
•Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
•Lead, coach, and motivate the kitchen team to achieve operational and guest satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
•Demonstrated knowledge of international cuisines and advanced cold food preparation techniques
•Strong proficiency in food presentation, plating, and visual aesthetics
•Physically fit, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting kitchen operations.
