Job Description
•Manage the daily kitchen operations in our Cabana Restaurant.
•Prepare and ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of South American cuisine.
•Lead, guide, and develop the culinary team during daily operations.
•Ensure strong compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Qualifications
•Local Indonesian candidate with strong experience in South American cuisine.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
•Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and kitchen hygiene standards.
•Good leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, with a strong passion for culinary excellence.
