Drive lead conversion by setting appointments, qualifying prospects, and coordinating follow-up to maximize booked meetings and improve conversion rates.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Book qualified appointments daily
- Increase lead-to-appointment conversion rate
- Improve show-up and reschedule rates
- Maintain accurate CRM lead tracking
- Achieve weekly outreach and conversion targets
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as appointment setter or lead conversion specialist
- Ability to qualify leads using defined criteria
- Strong communication and objection-handling experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Comfort working toward daily and weekly KPIs
- CRM management (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Dialer and call tracking tools
- Lead lists and segmentation
- Email/sequence outreach tools
- Basic reporting on conversion metrics
- Persuasive communication
- Active listening and rapport building
- Consistent follow-up discipline
- Resilience and objection handling
- Time management and KPI focus
