Job Description

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests.
• Lead and support servers during assigned shifts.
• Train and mentor new servers on service standards and procedures.
• Ensure accurate order taking, food delivery, and payment processing.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate table assignments and maintain smooth dining room operations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Support managers with daily operational tasks as needed.
• To be aware of and comply with LGA, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) standards
• To know the guests by name, to treat each guest in a special way and to make him feel that he is an individual person

Qualifications

• Secondary or Higher education
• Minimum experience in relevant position is desirable
• Frequent walking, standing and sitting during the shift
• Fluent Azerbaijani language
• Russian and English are desirable
• Being extremely responsible.
• To have the ability to perform multiple tasks within a changing environment, while remaining calm and restrained in collective internal relations
• Maintaining patience and restraint during work hours
