Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Location: Pyramid Healthcare – York, PA
Schedule: Full-Time | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Every other weekend required
Pay: $30–$34/hour (before shift differentials)

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our inpatient team. In this role, you’ll play a meaningful part in supporting individuals on their recovery journey—while working in a structured, low-physical-demand clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial nursing assessments for new admissions
- Administer medications and provide patient education
- Assist with detox protocols utilizing COWS and CIWA scales
- Collaborate with medical providers on assessments and medication management
- Ensure medical equipment is maintained and functioning properly
- Support overall patient care and safety
Qualifications
- Current or pending LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Passion for working in behavioral health and substance use treatment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
