Job Description
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Greet all guest as they enter and exit the hotel while ensuring service standards are followed
- Engage in conversation with first time visitors, showing them the lobby and offering directions as required
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities and promotions in an informative and helpful way
- To follow department policies, procedures and service standards
- To follow all safety policies
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Diploma and Degree from preferably hospitality or related field.
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in five star luxury hotel.
- Excellent communication skills in English and ability to communicate in a second language - Russian is mandatory.
- Addtional foreign languages such; Russian, Turkish, Arabic preferred
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills.
