As part of a collaborative portfolio marketing team, you’ll work alongside property teams and creative partners to deliver engaging, commercially focused marketing across a diverse range of hotel experiences and destinations.

Job Description

As Marketing Executive - Brand & Digital, you’ll support the Portfolio Director of Marketing & Digital in delivering marketing strategy and activity across the Shakespeare Property Group portfolio. You’ll have the opportunity to work across:

• Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort – a stunning resort destination centred around a picturesque lagoon, offering an exceptional lifestyle location and unique guest experience.
• Pullman Cairns International – a premium city hotel located in the heart of tropical Cairns.
• Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort – a relaxed tropical resort experience in one of Australia’s most sought-after destinations.
• Hotel Woolstore 1888 – a distinctive heritage-inspired Sydney property with strong lifestyle appeal.
• Peppers Marysville – a beautiful regional retreat offering memorable leisure experiences.

You’ll play a hands-on role across digital, content, social and campaign activity, working across multiple audiences and channels to drive awareness, engagement and revenue across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, Conferencing and Events.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing website content, SEO and UX to maximise engagement and conversion.
• Planning and delivering social media content and community engagement.
• Supporting digital campaigns, email marketing and performance reporting.
• Developing targeted marketing activity across Rooms, Food & Beverage and Events.
• Managing digital listings and supporting PR, media and influencer activity.
• Coordinating photography and video shoots, creative briefs and approvals.
• Contributing to marketing calendars, campaigns and commercial initiatives.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a confident and commercially minded marketer who enjoys working across brands, channels and projects. You’ll be highly organised, creative and detail-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities while building strong relationships with property teams and external partners.

You’ll bring:

• Experience across digital marketing, brand, content and social media.
• Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing and digital channels.
• Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence managing multiple projects, brands and priorities.
• A collaborative approach and strong stakeholder management skills.
• A commercial mindset with a focus on engagement, revenue and results.
