We are a national NDIS provider, delivering Allied Health support in over 300 locations across Australia to thousands of participants in the community with Occupational & Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology & Pysiotherapy services.

Job Description

We’re seeking Occupational Therapists of all experience levels who enjoy the autonomy of a mobile caseload and want genuine flexibility in their workweek.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage your own caseload across home, school, workplace and community settings
  • Conduct functional and standardised assessments
  • Develop personalised, evidence-based therapy plans
  • Recommend Assistive Technology and environmental modifications
  • Support participants to build independence and improve quality of life

What You’ll Bring

  • Current AHPRA registration as an OT
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • A proactive, collaborative approach
  • Passion for working in the disability sector
