Job Description
- Manage the preparation and administration of import files from receipt through to completion.
- Receive and review shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Process import shipments efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Proactively monitor shipments and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Complete invoicing and other related administrative tasks accurately and on time
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided, so this is not essential.
Global logistics industry knowledge
Good computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word)
