Job Description

On Premise Marketing Management

• Adapt and execute international marketing guidelines for local needs.
• Develop and deliver the On Premise Marketing Business Plan for your portfolio.
• Coordinate installations and activations across key accounts and outlets.
• Collaborate with the national marketing team and translate insights into action.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities.
• Lead a focused portfolio of segments and occasions, enabling teams to drive consumption.

On Premise Trade Marketing Management

• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies using global guidance and local insights.
• Create segment-specific strategies and coach the On Premise team.
• Lead key account marketing with the National Key Account Team, forming strategic partnerships.
• Manage tool procurement, budgets, and planning.
• Oversee the Digital Poster plan and ensure effective use.

Consumer Marketing

• Develop initiatives and adapt national campaigns for the On Premise.
• Deliver scalable, impactful programs to win consumers and build brand habits.
• Collaborate with teams across brand, culture, sports, and media.
• Execute campaigns focused on priority occasions.

Industry Marketing

• Create concepts and initiatives to engage venue staff, decision makers, owners, and influencers.
• Develop performance-driven ideas to increase share of mind and sales.
• Build strong relationships with agencies, influencers, and national decision makers.

Leadership

• Share best practices within national and international teams.
• Grow a network with external agencies and key influencers.
• Allocate marketing budgets efficiently and monitor POS tool placement.
• Coach and train the On Premise team, including regular field days.
• Contribute insights as a member of the On Premise Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred (business, marketing, or similar).
• 4+ years’ marketing experience in a commercial environment; On Premise experience is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
• Trade marketing knowledge and understanding of the consumer journey in the On Premise.
• Strategic and commercial awareness, including sales and finance processes.
• Strong prioritisation, organisational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
• Flexible to work nights and weekends at times.
• Digitally literate.
